The third of the search function selections is by Key Word: This is a unique search utility that begins returning results after the first three characters you enter. With each additional character you enter, your search will be refined to present listing of all businesses corresponding to the key word list matching your search string. Finally when you are satisfied with the results, you need not enter any more characters.

On the Main Paysonindex.com page, selecting the check box to the right of Alphabetical, opens the mini form displaying a button for each letter of the alphabet and short instructions in the use of this search method.

To use this search function you can start by entering the first three characters of the service or product or type of business you are seeking. Below we will demonstrate this in the case of looking for an accountant.

. Also you see the "Close" button which just hides this mini form and returns you to the full view of the main page.

Start entering the string "acc" in the field and upon entering the third charavter the search would return the following list: *#

As you can see from the scroll bar to the right of the results page, with each additional character we have narrowed the results to finally arrive at a fairly short list of matching businesses who offer accounting services.

Using the "Back Space" button, you can reconstruct your search to fit what ever you are looking for. And of course, you can enter the search characters as fast a you wish.
