At Paysonindex.com, we take seriously our responsibility to guard the trust of our clients and all users of the index.
For each subscribing business we have provided a protected email form, accessible from their Paysonindex.com web page, allowing inquiries to be sent to that individual subscribing business. The email address is transferred in a way that does not allow for automated harvesters to collect the address of the subscribing business from our form.
The form also has a checkbox for the inquiring individual to select to be placed on the subscribing business's email list so they can receive information from that business. If the individual elects to allow the subscribing business to contact them on an on-going basis the information will be stored in a file that allows only that business access to the email information for that individual.
Thereafter, the subscribing business will have access to that email information and be able to contact these individuals at their discretion.
As noted, the above information is available only to the subscribing business for which it was intended. Therefore, it is against Paysonindex.com policy for any subscribing business to copy or share their list with anyone outside Paysonindex.com or within or between the members of Paysonindex.com without the express permission of each individual email address owner involved.
This means that anyone who contacts a subscribing business for information and selects the check box labeled "Yes" by the question "Can we put you on our mailing list", has the express right to strict security of that information. The email address owner should know that every participating member of Paysonindex.com has committed to use that information only for direct and controlled communication with that individual for related business and will never sell, rent, give, or in any other way provide that email address information to any third party without the express permission of each individual on the list.
Any subscribing business found to violate these precepts and conditions will loose their right to access email information and will be in jeopardy of loosing their listing in the Paysonindex.com site.
We appreciate the cooperation of all our subscribing businesses and want to cultivate mutual respect and confidence by providing tools and utilities that will help all to get the most benefit from the internet.
